We are pleased to inform you that effective immediately, our new phone number is 1.800.771.5791
Due to Hurricane Katrina and the loss of our Melco Group Intl., Inc. offices and ongoing communication problems with AREA CODE 504 & 225 it has become necessary for us to give up our existing eight phone lines and replace them with this "one" toll free number.
Operators will be able to answer calls 24/7 and are bi-lingual (English & Spanish). Calls will automatically be routed to our new email systems and calls depending on nature \ severity will be routed to appropriate Melco Group Intl personnel.
Please bear with us this week as our communications network is being setup. We even lost all of our network laser & color duplex printers, fax machines, letter folding equipment. All this equipment is being purchased and being setup. We have all of our data intact but not the 'muscle' i.e.: network equipment, printers etc., which facilitate how business is conducted. But we will!!
MAIL
Even though our building & office are no longer operable all MAIL should still be sent to our current address as the Post Office is automatically routing this to Baton Rouge until we can make other arrangements and official notification via email & written letter to all licensed OASIS customer sites.
Please forward this communication to appropriate personnel as we are not communicating with our standard 'email auto-responders' which contain all pertinent email addresses.
