Fast Global Logistics, Inc. of Miami, FL has been an OASIS client since September 1998. Originally, Rodger Menezes President of Fast Global Logistics was hesitant to purchase software from a vendor which was not local to the area. Cargill, Inc. the worlds largest private corporation has been an OASIS client since 1/1997. OASIS processes all shipments for the South Florida South American Fructose divisions & the Salt Division in MN. Says Ms. Aracelly... and "...not only is the OASIS v5.0 Windows system nicer, but it has saved me a lot of money in not having to purchase & maintain additional print & modem servers. Additionally, the 'laser documentation' module has saved me a TON of money in not having to maintain and stock various forms that where very costly.' Congratulations! R&L maintains offices in every continent and has over 38 offices world-wide and a staff exceeding 1,000 with annual revenues exceeding 1 billion US dollars.

Rohde & Liesenfeld USA, Inc. had been an MGI, Inc. and OASIS client since July 1st, 1999. Having a centralized server in NYC, R&L USA, Inc. ran an OASIS Enterprise Edition with multi-branching capabilities integrating an office network from Coast-to-Coast.

Mr. Thorsten Buescher, V.P. MIS had remarked how pleased he is with the attentiveness and prompt attention given to his staff on the various "custom programming" and other "time critical" projects underway by the MGI, Inc. technical & support department.

On September 11th, 2001 the WTC towers where destroyed in a cowardly and horrific "terrorist attack" that cost the lives on untold thousands. Mr. Buescher, being in Germany on a business trip immediately contacted our NOLA headquarters and asked for our help in restoring their OASIS systems for their North American operations. Our team immediately made available login rights on the MGI, Inc. servers to allow staff member in Vancouver, BC and New Jersey operations to access their systems in order to process their back-log of shipments. Concurrently, a special 240MB OASIS & historical database was compiled and made available to all North American R&L USA, Inc. branches. Within 48 hours all USA branches where up and running individual OASIS systems in their local branch networks.

Their centralized network was then restored at another NYC location and MGI, Inc. then sprung to action, writing a customized program to synchronize and restore their data from their various branches back to their central servers.
